We know the question that comes before every other one: can we afford this? We have asked it ourselves, running organizations where every dollar already had a job, and too often the answer was no.
We are in the same work you are, in different corners of it and at different stages. A seven hundred thousand dollar organization and a seven million dollar one are both building the same social good, and both need to know how they are doing.
So our pricing is out in the open, and it scales with two things: the size of your organization and the scope of work you choose. A larger organization pays more than a smaller one for the same work, which is what lets a small nonprofit afford the same assessment, and the same people, that a large one gets.
The health assessment, with a 45-minute review with your leadership team, is free for organizations under $2.5 million and $199 above that. Everything else is priced by the time it takes, at an hourly rate set by your size, so you can see what it costs before you start.

The work fits the size of your organization.
Every engagement runs in the same four passes: we read the room, we survey your people, we bring back what we found, and we build the plan with you. If your budget is around a million dollars or under, you get all four, shaped for an organization your size.
The tools carry more of the analysis, and our time on site is shorter, because a leadership team of five can work through findings in an afternoon where a team of thirty needs two days. It costs less for the same reason it takes less time, and you get the same care either way.
