What we collect
When you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. Our newsletter runs on EmailOctopus, and Google reCAPTCHA checks each sign-up to keep out spam.
When you take the Health Scan, we collect your answers and the contact details you enter so we can send you your results.
To understand how the site is used, we count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It reports visits in aggregate and sets no cookies.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to prepare your assessment results and work with you. Every newsletter carries a link to unsubscribe.
We never sell your information or share it with anyone for advertising.
Your health assessment results
Our team sees your results so we can work with you. Beyond that, they are combined with every other organization’s into anonymous benchmarks, especially so nonprofits can compare themselves with others in their own sector. No other organization sees your individual results.
Your plan and your data in Rumo
The strategic plan you build in Rumo, and the data behind it, belong to your organization and stay with you.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@nonprofitdugout.com and we will take care of it.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
